How do I deactivate my account?

Before deactivating, make sure you are not the sole Keeper Administrator of any active memorial. Assign another Keeper Administrator if the page should stay live.

Deactivate your account

1. Log in to Keeper and open the Dashboard.
2. Select Account Settings.

3. Scroll to the bottom and choose Other Settings.

4. Decide whether to deactivate the Living Memorial page or your entire account, then follow the prompts.
