How do I add a loved one?
Use the Loved Ones editor to invite existing Keeper users or add new profiles with relationship details.
Add an existing Keeper user
- Open the Loved Ones tab and select Edit Loved Ones.
- Search for the person by name or email (use the email tied to their Keeper account) and select their profile.
- Choose the relationship or enter a custom label, then save. The Keeper user receives a request to confirm their connection.
Add someone who isn’t on Keeper yet
- From the same editor, enter the person’s required information—first and last name, pronouns, and relationship.
- Optionally include contact details, a photo (upload new or choose from Mementos), and—if you’re a Keeper Plus member—create a memorial page for them at the same time.
- Click Save Loved One to finish.
