Requests | What are Requests?
Understand the different Keeper request types and how to manage them.
Keeper enables its users to submit requests tied to memorial pages. As a Keeper Administrator, you can review, approve, or deny every request directly from the Requests tab on your Dashboard.
Content Requests
Content requests appear when you require approval for posts before they are published. Visitors can submit tributes, event messages, photos, videos, and comments, and each item waits for your approval inside the Requests tab.
Keeper Requests
You receive a Keeper request when another user wants to become a Keeper Administrator for a memorial you manage.

Keeper Invites
Keeper invites are sent when someone invites you to become a Keeper Administrator of a memorial they manage.
Loved Ones Requests
You receive a Loved Ones request when another Keeper Administrator wants to connect a memorial they manage to you or to a memorial you manage. Accepted relationships appear on the Loved Ones tab of the requesting page.

Access Memorial Requests
If a memorial page is private, visitors can submit an access request to view and contribute to the page.

Review Keeper’s approach to disputes and submit a report so the team can investigate.
How do I add a resting place location?
Edit the memorial, choose Add a resting place, and provide the address, description, and map pin.
