Accepting a memorial Keeper request
Open the invitation email to join a memorial as a Keeper, create an account if needed, and contact the memorial owner with questions.
When a memorial Keeper invites you to help manage a page, you’ll receive an email with the details and a link to the memorial.
- Already have a Keeper account? Select the link, sign in, and you’ll be added to the memorial instantly.
- New to Keeper? Use the same link to create your account—once you finish, you’ll land on the memorial with Keeper access.
Need clarification before accepting? Use the Contact Us button in the email to message the memorial owner.
How do I upload images and videos to a memorial page?
Use the Add Mementos area to upload up to 100 photos or videos to the memorial at once.
How do I approve and review content before it appears on my memorial page?
Turn on memorial content approvals so tributes, media, and comments stay pending until you review them.
