How do I enable others to download images and videos?
Turn the visitor download toggle on or off in the Life & Mementos editor.
- Open the memorial you manage and choose Edit Life & Mementos.
- Use the Allow visitors to download Mementos toggle to control access.
- Turn the toggle on to let guests download individual items or everything in bulk.
- Turn it off to keep media view-only.
Who can use this setting?
Only Keeper Administrators on Keeper Plus plans can change visitor download permissions.
